The lava cakes were very good, though they lacked the molten center… I have frozen the leftovers and hopefully I’ll get it next time!

Chocolate lava cakes
Since tonight is one of my late nights at work, I won’t be home until around 8:30. Since Eric has plans, and we have plenty of left over casserole, there’s no real need to rush home and cook a big dinner.
But!! for the first time since I’ve starting writing here, I’m going to bake a dessert… Chocolate lava cake! It’s a mix I had gotten from Stone Wall Kitchen and have waited a while now to try. It makes six, so we’ll see how the remaining 4 (unbaked) freeze for later… Can’t wait!
