Short notes about me:
My name is Paula, I’m 26, engaged, going to be married in October of 2010!
I’ve got two kittens, who love to follow my every step in the kitchen like ducklings hoping I’ll drop something worth stealing.
Eric, my fiance, is also 26, doesn’t mind that I like to bake, but hopes to see more entrees leaving the kitchen than dessert. He claims he doesn’t like chocolate, but the moment I tell him he can’t have any of the chocolate I’m saving, suddenly –magically, he can’t get enough! Hmm… O_o But! he is my inspiration for what I’m doing here.
And a big big thank you to my mom, who has encouraged my love of discovering cooking, and giving me the tools to do it! She’s been fun to watch and learn from in the kitchen!
